Steel welded construction with approx. 152 mm high floor section; load-oriented and torsion-resistant steel frame structure. Longitudinal floor beams with a load-resistant outer frame and a guide tunnel every 600 mm, tunnel with positioning aids at the top and sides; tunnel height approx. 45 mm. 4 interchangeable container corner fittings on 20ft basis.

4 jack legs for jumbo parking height 970 mm, extendable and foldable sideways by 90°, with short safety strut and securing mechanism, pin lock on the frame, sturdy spring bolt as additional transport lock, symmetrical arrangement of legs Form A 2 for CWB C 745 / 782, suitable for parking height approx. 970 mm.
Reinforcement between support legs.
7 pairs of lashing rings recessed in the outer frame, each rated at 2.5 t.
Heavy-duty pallet stops on both sides, approx. 20–25 mm high, lashing option every 200 mm, loading height reduced by approx. 20–25 mm.

Flooring
Phenolic resin-coated plywood panels, approx. 27 or 30 mm thick (manufacturer's choice), designed for high point load capacity, suitable for forklift axle loads up to max. 4,400 kg.

Front bulkhead/corner posts
2,800 mm high, remaining section covered with tarpaulin; volume-optimized steel corner posts; quick-release device for side curtain at front bulkhead.

Central stanchions
1 pair of sliding stanchions, adjustable along the full length, with four pockets for insert slats and long lower pocket.

Insert slats
3 rows of aluminum V-insert slats or wooden insert slats as per manufacturer, plus 1 additional row of aluminum V-insert slats.

Rear wall/corner posts rear
Rear steel corner posts up to underside of roof, curtain suspension with round tube and tensioning ratchet.
Rear portal doors, double-wing, each with 2 internal locking rods.

Curtain
Tarpaulin with welded-in horizontal and vertical tension belts.
Tension locks in stainless steel.

Roof
Sliding roof; rear Endlift, can be folded up high at the back, roof slides from rear to front; L-roof beam designed for the automotive industry; internal width between roof beams approx. 2,490 mm, curtain color: white.
EcoLift – lifting roof, can be raised by approx. 380 mm, gas-strut assisted.
