The Foellmer Duplikator DigiTab 2010 Plus strip insertion device (printing – counting – marking = one operation) features menu-guided operation via a touchscreen display located at the rear of the housing. The mobile, height-adjustable stand is typically positioned at the side of the delivery on most machines. Any value from 5 to 99,999 can be set for strip insertion marking. The strip length can be continuously adjusted from 20 to 200 mm, and the strip hold time can be set approximately from 0 to 10 seconds. The Suptramat function enables the deduction of control and waste sheets—removed by the operator during ongoing production—from the total sheet count, while simultaneously correcting the marked package quantity accordingly. The total counter records the overall production quantity of good sheets, as adjusted by the Suptramat.

To connect the DigiTab, a universal socket is required for an interface with a volt-free contact or 24 V pulse (signal) directly from the machine or from a sensor.
