Funk F800

Funk F800 Flake Ice Maker, year of manufacture 2021, with a capacity of approximately 700 to 800 kg of ice production in 24 hours. The unit was in use for only about 3 years and the protective film is still on the machine (see photo). The ultra-thin flake ice is scraped off from the internally cooled evaporator drum and is easily incorporated into dough, does not tend to clump, and provides excellent cooling performance. Includes the patented "Funk EasyClean" light cleaning system for compliance with rigorous international HACCP standards. The stainless steel cover can be easily removed, giving quick access to all components requiring cleaning; the unit is DVGW compliant. Simple manual operation without electronics or computer systems, featuring a manual rinse function. The machine is fully operational, ideal for regulating dough temperatures in warmer seasons with the addition of flake ice. The flake ice causes no (mechanical) issues in dough mixers. The unit is ready for connection (plug & play) and mobile on castors.
