Machine Features
Knitting Machines:
- One machine is equipped with 4 needle heads, the other with 2 needle heads, enabling the simultaneous production of up to 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the corresponding needle head stops automatically.
- Needle heads for cord production: 4 needle heads with 4 needles each – for fine knitted cords with approx. 3 mm diameter, 2 needle heads with 6 needles each – for cords with 5–6 mm diameter
- Needle head variants with 3 to 18 needles can be reordered and exchanged directly from the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Winds a skein in approx. 1 minute.
- Cross-winding for even yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for needle heads and draw-off unit.
- Each needle head can be switched on and off individually.
- Adjustable speed
