This GALDI RG270-SDUC filling machine, manufactured in 2021, is designed for forming, filling, and sealing gable-top cartons and is suitable for ESL milk, fresh milk, cream, drinking yogurt, fruit juices, and other liquid foods. The machine operates with a servo-controlled, volumetric double-diaphragm filling system and a bottom-up filling process, ensuring high filling accuracy and product integrity. With a capacity of up to 6,500 cartons per hour, the system is ideal for medium-capacity milk and beverage production lines. The unit is equipped with advanced hygiene features, including H₂O₂-based packaging sterilization, HEPA-filtered laminar flow, and CIP capability, allowing for production conditions that support extended shelf life.
