1ST UNIT: DEBURRING WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Precision-ground, dynamically balanced contact roller, 180 mm diameter, coated with oil- and heat-resistant nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness: 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft, allowing precise control of working position and compensation for abrasive belt wear, with an 8 mm range. This adjustment is managed by a pneumatic cylinder, enabling fully automatic engagement of the unit and, in case of emergency or machine stop, immediate retraction of the abrasive belt from the working point. Compatible with both abrasive and Scotch Brite belts.
