1ST DEBURRING GROUP WITH ABRASIVE BELT

* Precision-ground and balanced contact roller with 180 mm diameter. Coating made from oil- and heat-resistant Nitrile rubber. Standard roller hardness: 55° Shore. Mounted on an eccentric shaft allowing control of working position and compensation for abrasive belt wear, with a range of 8 mm. This system is controlled by a pneumatic cylinder that enables automatic insertion of the group during operation, and immediate retraction of the abrasive belt from the working point in case of emergency and/or machine stop. It is possible to use abrasive belts and/or Scotch Brite belts.
