Operating principle – The system operates fully automatically and is designed for high cycle rates:
1. Vibratory feeder:
The blind rivets are poured into a vibratory feed bowl in the control unit at the top. From there, the rivets are transported into the feed hose.

2. Automatic feeding:
When the trigger is actuated, the next rivet is pneumatically transported into the rivet head and positioned.

3. Mandrel collection system:
The broken-off mandrel is returned via a vacuum unit into a collection bin in the control unit. Sensors monitor the fill level of the bin.

4. Monitoring:

An electronic control system monitors all critical functions and indicates operating statuses such as an empty rivet supply.
