Gildemeister Sprint 42 - linear inkl. Stangenlader

The Sprint 42 Linear from DMG Gildemeister is a CNC turning/milling center featuring 6 linear axes and 2 C-axes. Direct drives enable high acceleration rates and precise machining operations. Both the main and counter spindles have been newly re-bedded, and the machine has undergone a comprehensive overhaul.

Additionally, the following parts have recently been replaced:
- Drive motor for powered tool station 2 renewed and replaced
- Counter spindle re-bedded
- New door switch

Tool capacity: 26 stations, up to 11 live tooling positions; turret with Y-axis for milling and threading operations

Slide 2: X2 = 326 mm, Z2 = 320 mm, Y2 = 265 mm
Rapid traverse: up to 30 m/min (X1, Z1, X2, Z2), Y2 up to 18 m/min
Control: FANUC 160i-TB with 15" DMG SlimLine panel

Including IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder

The IEMCA Boss 545-E bar feeder (type 32 LL, year of manufacture 2007) is included in the scope of delivery and enables continuous material feed up to Ø 42 mm. It operates at 400 V / 50 Hz and requires 6 bar air pressure; self-weight is approx. 860 kg.
