The DR 3800 spectrophotometer performs digital measurements in the units of concentration, absorbance, or % transmittance. When a user-generated or pre-programmed method is selected, a structured menu navigation and prompts guide the user through the test. This menu system can also generate reports, statistical analyses of generated calibration curves, and equipment diagnostic test reports.
