Body: 26t Hiab Multilift Ultima 26S59 hooklift system for containers from 5.25m to 6.75m. Fully hydraulic MULTILIFT hookloader system (roll-off tipper) compliant with EU Machinery Directive with CE certificate for containers according to DIN 30722.
Base unit consisting of:
- Universal mounting frame made of Z-profiles, bolted to the truck chassis
- Rear tipping frame with container locking device
- Front tipping frame with tipping cylinders
- Telescopic arm with telescopic cylinder
- Mechanical locking between front and rear tipping frames
Hydraulic system consisting of:
- Double-acting cylinders with load-holding valves and hose rupture safety function directly on the cylinders
- Device control via compact control panel with CAN bus cable, integrated monitoring lights, and electromagnetic valve actuation (PLC control) with two-stage operation (precision/fast mode) in both directions for the lifting cylinders
- End position damping on tipping frame for gentle container placement on the vehicle
