CYLINDER AND HYDRAULICS:
The double-acting cylinder features a guide bushing, a hard chrome-plated piston rod, and wear-resistant guidance components. To prevent wear on the piston rod, the press is equipped with a removable and exchangeable pressure plate. Tools can be mounted in place of the pressure plate. An anti-rotation device, attached to the cylinder with a clamp and guide rod, is provided.
The two-speed hydraulic unit includes automatic high-speed shut-off and a decompression valve for the cylinder is included in the delivery.

ELECTRICS AND SAFETY:
Standard equipment includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1200 safety PLC and a 4" MTP-400 touchscreen located above the electric foot pedal. This allows programming of operation modes (semi-automatic and automatic), power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. The system has storage capacity for 99 recipes, with each recipe capable of programming all previous parameters.
The control cabinet is equipped with a selector for manual or automatic modes and a key-operated maintenance switch.
Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring. The hydraulic safety block is fitted with position-monitored safety valves to ensure operational safety.
Actuation is via a safety two-hand control, safety category IV.
For operator protection, fixed side guards are fitted with a 650 mm front opening.
Optionally, a hydraulic cushion or hydraulic ejector can be installed.
Each machine is supplied with an operating manual.
Presses in the CD series comply with all essential safety requirements and CE regulations.
