Model CF-100/VR + frequency inverter, inverter system.

We have designed the CF/VR series of motor-driven C-frame hydraulic presses with three different power ratings, ranging from 80 to 150 tonnes.
Specially developed for medium and high-volume production tasks such as stamping, die-cutting, and deep drawing.
The latest generation of CF/VR hydraulic presses have evolved into highly versatile machines, enabling integration into automated production lines.
They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 290 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series hydraulic C-frame presses feature an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The structure is stabilized and machined after the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. It is designed and calculated using finite element software. With this, we always guarantee our high standards of precision and quality.

The presses are equipped with an upper and lower table in machined C45E steel featuring DIN 650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism through four lateral cylindrical guides of 50 mm diameter with maintenance-free, bimetallic anti-friction bushes.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Main single-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chromed piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
For fast approach and return movements, two lateral double-acting cylinders are installed, with honed barrels, chromed pistons, and anti-wear guides, enabling high-speed approach and return.
The powered hydraulic unit includes a pre-fill valve for approach and return, and a fixed-displacement pump for constant-speed operation.

The system includes a non-return valve, pressure relief valve, cylinder decompression valve, and air-oil cooling equipment.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Standard equipment includes a Siemens PLC, model SIMATRIC S7 1200, and an adjustable 7” touchscreen panel, model MPT-700. Allows programming of force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity of 300 memory slots.

The electrical and hydraulic control systems are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-control devices are included for operational and safety control. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distances for the light curtains.

Operation is carried out via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.

To ensure operator safety, the machine is equipped with Category 4 PLe safety light barriers at the front working area, two fixed side guards with polycarbonate windows, and internal LED lighting.
