STRUCTURE AND TABLES
Composed of a rigid, fixed-frame, electro-welded structure manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel.
Stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
Designed and calculated using finite element analysis software.
Mechanically movable T-slotted table, 1200 x 800 mm, with a stroke of 1,200 mm, fitted with a worm-gear reducer and 0.5 HP electric motor with brake.
Central bore in the table: 250 mm diameter, with a maximum depth of 550 mm.
Useful lifting capacity of the table for displacement of 4 tonnes.
Displacement speed: 30 mm/sec.

HYDRAULIC POWER UNIT
Hydraulic power unit with two speeds, 5.5 HP output, Siemens motor, with automatic disengagement of high speed and independent speeds. Maximum pressure 250 bar.
Pressure control via proportional valves.
Air-oil cooler.
Temperature sensor.
Hydraulic power unit located on right side.

Includes a Siemens SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 12” HMI touch screen, model MTP, with 99 memory slots, enabling regulation of pre-pressing, pressing, calibration power, and the stroke of the pressing and extraction cylinders, as well as dwell times during processes.
All electric and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored. Includes an additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for operation and safety. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for photocells.
Operation by low-voltage two-hand electric push button.
All installed electrical components are Siemens: relays, contactors, main motor, etc.
Prepared for Industry 4.0.
To guarantee safety, the machine is equipped with CAT IV photoelectric barriers installed in the frontal work area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear access guard with magnetic disconnect detector.
