HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR BENDING

The FDV-150E/3,000 double-column hydraulic press is part of the F series and is custom-designed for bending operations.

It utilizes an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 295 Bar, thereby ensuring long-lasting durability and reliable performance.

It complies with and satisfies all essential safety and health requirements in accordance with CE standards.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
- Comprises a rigid, electrically welded fixed-bed frame made exclusively of S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined after welding to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision.
- Designed and calculated using finite element software.
- Equipped with upper and lower machined tables made of C45E steel with DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect alignment through four 80 mm diameter cylindrical side guides with maintenance-free, anti-friction, bi-metallic bushings.
- Lower table with T-slots, dimensions 3,100 mm x 600 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
- Two main double-acting cylinders with chrome-plated pistons and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.

- Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit, including a cylinder decompression valve.
- Glycerin-filled manometer with readings in tonnes.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
- Includes a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 7” KTP-700 COMFORT touchscreen installed in the control cabinet. Allows programming of semi-automatic and automatic operating modes, power, stroke, and dwell time. Offers storage capacity for 300 programs, with complete parameterization possible for each recipe.
- Operation via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.
- For safety, the machine is equipped with Category IV photoelectric barriers at the front work area, two fixed lateral guards, and a rear safety guard with a magnetic disconnect sensor.
