HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR STRAIGHTENING LARGE WELDED STRUCTURES AND OXY-FUEL CUT PLATES

The TL-400-6000E hydraulic press belongs to the T/NC series and is custom-designed to perform straightening tasks on large welded structures and oxy-fuel cut plates.

Like all our T/NC series hydraulic presses, its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts, plates, or structures. Easy access to different pressing points is possible without repositioning the workpiece, thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal movement of the bridge.

It features an optimized hydraulic system operating at a pressure below 319 bar, thereby ensuring extended durability and reliability in operation.

STRUCTURE AND WORKTABLES

- Consists of an exclusively welded construction made from S355JR steel.
- Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
- Engineered and designed with finite element analysis software.
- Longitudinal bridge movement is driven by a frequency inverter and toothed belt.
- Lateral head movement is motorized and controlled by frequency inverter.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
- Supplied with a removable and interchangeable pressure plate to prevent piston damage and machined at the end to adapt tooling.
- Standard-equipped with an anti-rotation device and a graduated front with limit switches for stroke adjustment.
- Motorized hydraulic power unit with two speeds and automatic high-speed disengagement.
- Includes a cylinder pressure relief valve.
- Pressure regulator.
- Glycerine-filled manometer with reading in tons.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION & SAFETY

- Electrical panel fitted with a selector switch to choose manual or semi-automatic operation.
- Also includes a selector for fast approach speed or slow working speed.
- Operated via a pendant control station with emergency stop and low-voltage control.
- Includes an operation confirmation push button.
- Features a perimeter-installed emergency cable safety device.
