HOBART PVM 302

This is a puréeing turbine from the premium manufacturer Hobart, model PVM 302. It is a mobile, highly versatile turbo mixer suitable for straining, mixing, chopping, puréeing, emulsifying, stirring, and more. Ideally suited for processing: vegetable, meat, and fish soups, sauces, shredded vegetables, mashed potatoes, yogurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purées, liquid batter, bakery products, sorbets, and omelets. Compact dimensions and extremely easy operation ensure quick and cost-effective use even in confined spaces.

The PVM 302 features an integrated safety device that prevents automatic restart after a power outage or mains disconnection. The mixing head can only be operated when it is set higher than 300 mm or lower than 900 mm, thanks to an electrical safety mechanism.

The puréeing turbine has been completely overhauled in our in-house specialist workshop and is fully functional. The turbine runs very quietly. The machine can be inspected and demonstrated in our workshop. A video demonstration can be provided upon request.

Machine Design:
Frame and all parts in contact with food made from 18/9 stainless steel. The machine is mobile and equipped with four large wheels, two of which are swiveling and lockable. Thanks to rear supports, the machine is tip-resistant.
The machine features a high-performance turbine with both vertical and horizontal knife sets, providing efficient chopping and straining performance. Turbine with intake protection ring. Power transmission via flexible shaft. The machine has GS/CE certification.

Motor: Special ball-bearing motor with motor protection switch and durable on/off switch, suitable for continuous operation. Turbine with two speeds:
- 1st gear: 725 rpm (low speed)
- 2nd gear: 1450 rpm (high speed)
Motor with forced-air cooling, protection class IP 54
Total connection power: 1.9 kW three-phase current 400V/50/3
