Machining Center 7235 Demonstration Machine

Working Area: 4580 x 1650 mm; max. workpiece size for routing, less the cutter radius.

Easy and fast suction cup positioning with the Holz-Her VI.SE LED table. The multi-colored LEDs indicate the position of the consoles and suction cups, including the rotation angle for rotatable suction cups.

8 consoles, each equipped with 2 suction cups and electronic end stop monitoring.

The milling spindle delivers 13.0 kW of power and accepts milling tools up to 200 mm diameter via an HSK interface, as well as saw blades up to a max. diameter of 350 mm. Ideally suited for heavy-duty operations, such as machining solid wood.

35 drilling spindles, including 25 vertical and 10 horizontal.

Two saw units, one each in X and Y directions, for saw blades up to 125 x 4 mm.

24-position disc tool changer and a 14-position pick-up tool changer, plus a single-slot saw blade magazine for 350 mm saw blades, provide maximum flexibility for tool setup.

Safe Detect – safety monitoring system, replaces foot mats or light barriers.

The machine is currently located in our delivery warehouse in Gratwein, Austria.
