HOMAG EDGETEQ S-500 - KAL 375/16/V20

Used single-sided HOMAG edge banding machine for straight edges; suitable for joint trimming, edging, and post-processing of various edging materials. Fixed reference side left.

Base machine with 80 mm wide transport chain as workpiece feed system,
- Maximum workpiece thickness: 60 mm
- Motorized height-adjustable upper pressure

- Glue pot lift when feed is stopped
- Glue roller clamping in front of workpiece rear edge
- (Remote) manual operation for easy machine setup
- Adjustable infeed fence via NC axis
- Joint trimming, clockwise/counterclockwise, 2x3 kW, use-controlled
Horizontal positioning via NC motor (CAN)
EDGING UNIT V20, consisting of:
- QA60 glue application unit with PTFE (Teflon) coating
- Premelter for PUR adhesive.
- Capable of processing both EVA and PUR adhesives
- Edge magazine, edge thickness min. 0.4 mm to max. 3 mm
- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC) to edge thickness, 1 driven, 4 non-driven pressure rollers.
POST-PROCESSING SECTION:
- PK25 horizontal end trimming unit, 2 motors each 0.8 kW (front/rear edge)
For chamfer/straight and flush/end trimming
- Pre-/flush milling unit 1.15 kW, top/bottom
- Fine trimming unit top/bottom, with NC adjustments
- MF60 profile trimming unit (corner rounding), 2 motors (top/bottom)
Servo-controlled with Softtouch
- Controlled universal milling unit
- Profile scraper top/bottom, with exchangeable heads
- FA10 flat scraper, top/bottom, (version with 3 tracing rollers)
- Buffing unit top/bottom
