This is the latest generation rapid chiller/blast freezer from manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional rapid chiller MultiFresh is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN. Maximum capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touch display and can perform both rapid chilling and blast freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo version for rapid chilling & blast freezing (without heating functions). The refrigeration unit is air-cooled. The door is hinged on the left and the unit includes a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The unit is mounted on casters, 2 of which have locking brakes.
