This is a next-generation rapid cooler/blast freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional rapid cooler, MultiFresh, is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN trays. Maximum loading capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10'' touch display, enabling both rapid chilling and blast freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This model is the Essenziell Turbo version, specifically designed for rapid chilling & blast freezing. The cooling unit is air-cooled. The door hinge is on the left, and the unit is supplied with a core temperature probe with five measuring points. The blast freezer is fitted with 4 castors (with locking brakes).

Dear prospective buyer: Upon purchasing this unit, commissioning and training by an Irinox specialist can be arranged. The unit is equipped with a total of 55 slots for trays. Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN containers are included, allowing 15 insertions. Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery trays can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN rails costs €36 net, one pair of bakery standard rails costs €69 net plus shipping. A Multirack option is also available, allowing for double the number of insertions for 1/1 GN.
