Fruit and Vegetable Washing System. The unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel. It features a sorting grid, wash tank, and a conveyor belt. The fruit drops into the water and, after pre-washing, is transported onwards by the conveyor, where it is thoroughly cleaned with fresh water. The cleaned fruit is then fed into the mill, where interchangeable sieves can be used to achieve the desired mash consistency. The washing system comes equipped with a dosing attachment for use with pack presses.
