Joos HP 120 - 3100 x 1350mm

Version: Joos-A.B.S. safety system for protection of heating plates in case of incorrect loading or parts left on the press. The press is open on all sides, constructed in a robust all-steel design, and protected against overload. The maintenance-free hydraulic system is integrated within the oil tank. Stepless pressure adjustment is conducted according to a clear pressure diagram. Upon reaching the preset pressure, the system switches off automatically. The pressure remains constant throughout the entire pressing cycle. The rack guide ensures stable and parallel movement of the press. The press is ideally suited for laminating flat surfaces with adhesives, provided appropriate preparation is carried out.

Hydraulics:
The press is equipped with the following hydraulic components:
- 1 oil-hydraulic two-stage high-pressure pump
- 1 three-phase motor, 2.2 kW
- 1 automatic pressure switch
- 1 directional valve
- 1 pressure diagram
The hydraulic system is positioned in the base section of the press.

Control:
Automatic pressure regulation via electronic controller with setpoint and actual value display. Operation is performed through a clearly arranged control cabinet, which is integrated lengthwise in the upper part of the press.

One lower and one upper electric heating plate, 3100 x 1350 mm
Surfaces are anodized for exceptional hardness, scratch, and abrasion resistance. High-pressure thermal insulation is located between the heating plate and the press table. Maximum operating temperature is 120°C = 1 level / 2 heating plates.
