Complete production and bottling line of a brewpub brewery, consisting of the following components: 1. Milling section Malt mill with malt intake hopper and tubular chain conveying system for milled malt. 2. Brewhouse 2-vessel brewhouse (Kaspar Schulz, year of construction 2013) in block design with copper-clad stainless steel vessels. Wort cooling is carried out via a separate plate heat exchanger (API Heat Transfer, 2013) with downstream wort aeration. Also included is a hot water tank (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with insulation and heating jacket. 3. Fermentation and storage cellar 4 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 12 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. 3 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 25 hl and a maximum overpressure of 3 bar. The temperature of these 7 cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks is controlled via a central control cabinet. Additionally, there are 2 more cylindroconical fermentation and storage tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) each with a gross volume of 14.7 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. The temperature control of these two cylindroconical tanks is managed via a separate control panel. 4. Pressure tank cellar / serving cellar 5 upright pressure tanks (Kaspar Schulz, 2013) with dished ends, each with a gross volume of 10.5 hl and a maximum pressure of 3 bar. 5. Filling area Siphon filler/glass bottle filler (JS Maschinen) with 6 filling heads. Keg internal and external washer (Scheuer) with spray nozzles in a stainless steel housing and caustic tank in the base. Keg filling station with dispensing taps for direct filling of kegs from the pressure tanks. 6. Utilities Refrigeration system (Hafner-Muschler, 2013) as an ice water storage unit with refrigerant R404a and 3 refrigeration compressors. Oil-free piston-type air compressor (Kaeser, 2013) with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and compressed air dryer (Kaeser, 2013). Air separator (AST) as nitrogen generator with adjacent nitrogen pressure vessel.
