Overview

This high-performance can filling line was manufactured by KHS in 2013 and is designed for large-scale beverage production, especially beer in aluminium cans. With a capacity of up to 48,000 cans per hour (500 ml), the line provides a state-of-the-art high-speed solution incorporating depalletising, filling, seaming, pasteurisation, inspection, packaging, and palletising. The heart of the line consists of a volumetric filler type KHS Innofill DVD 92 in combination with a high-performance seamer Ferrum F708G, ensuring precise filling and reliable seaming at maximum output. The line has been well maintained, was in operation until February 2026, and will be available from Q1 2026. The complete system features a compact, high-density layout with advanced conveyor and process integration, typical of modern KHS canning lines.
