System configuration:
1. Main Wash Zone:
– Equipped with a centrifugal pump rated at 2.2 kW (900 l/min at approx. 1 bar) distributed over a total of 50 stainless steel nozzles, allowing thorough cleaning from all four sides.
The wash solution is continually cleaned and filtered via a plate filter.
– Tank volume: 180 l
– Washing temperature in the main wash zone: 50-55°C
Crate transport is achieved by a spiral conveyor (KITZINGER utility model), ensuring precise crate separation and unobstructed impact of the wash solution for comprehensive cleaning on all sides.
2. Rinse Zone:
– Fresh water is sprayed thoroughly on all cleaned items from all sides within the machine.
The fresh water must be supplied to the machine at a minimum of 45°C and is heated in the system to about 80°C. Approx. 250-300 l per hour are required.
