Construction:

Floor (assembly from inside out), U-value compartment 0.21/component 0.32 W/m²K:
- Wood-based panels
- 170 mm mineral wool insulation
- Galvanised steel sheet subfloor

- Galvanised, coated profiled steel sheet
- Window front parapet elements made from galvanised, coated steel cassettes
- 100 mm mineral wool insulation
- Interior cladding of melamine resin-coated wood-based panels, colour white, similar to RAL 9016 (traffic white)

Internal walls: double-sided cladding as above, 50 mm mineral wool insulation

Ceiling/roof (assembly from outside in), U-value compartment 0.21/component 0.32 W/m²K:
- Protective roof made of galvanised and plastic-coated sheet metal
- Roof membrane with fabric reinforcement
- Wood-based panels
- 170 mm mineral wool insulation
- Ceiling of melamine resin-coated wood-based panels, colour white, similar to RAL 9016 (traffic white)

Floor covering:
- PVC flooring Tarkett Primo Plus, wear classification 43 as per EN 685, antistatic, 2.0 mm thickness, colour code 314 (dark grey), sealed surface

Special equipment: carpet in office areas:
- Carpet tiles, variant 2, needle felt, each 500 x 500 mm, extremely hard-wearing
- Particularly suitable for medium to long-term use (over two years)
- Suitable for chair castors, antistatic, anthracite grey

Double-glazed insulated windows with thermal protection glass, U-value 1.1 W/m²K

External sun protection as external venetian blinds, manufacturer Warema type E 80 A 6, colour RAL 9006 (silver), 80 mm wide enamelled aluminium slats including angle protection cover, guide cover, guide rails, and spacers, enamelled to RAL colour shade 7040 (window grey), electrically operated

CEE input plug and output coupling 32 A, with permanently connected cable, concealed installation in shutter box, electrical installation flush-mounted, light switches, sockets, protection via circuit breakers

PVC parapet trunking with partition, size 70/170 mm, manufacturer Tehalit, type BRN, colour white, continuously installed on window sides in all containers (except corridor containers), 2 penetrations per container in corner area as inter-container connections

Lighting:
Workstation-compatible mounted lights, darklight louvres, 1 x 36 W or 2 x 58 W each

Sanitary room lighting:
Prism diffuser lights, 1 x 36 W or 1 x 58 W each
