Knecht AS-500

Offered here is a used fully-automatic case erector AS-500 with two carton magazines (see image pos. 3 + 4) from Knecht (Smurfit Kappa Group).
The unit has already been dismantled and can be loaded onto a truck on site.
Inspection of the unit is possible.

The system is in very good condition and has been regularly maintained.

The machine is being sold due to business closure.
It is designed for packaging automotive rims.
If required, the machine can be adapted for other types of goods.

- For cartons according to Fefco 0200/0201
- Bottom closure with hot-melt adhesive
- Two carton magazines (pallet loading) each equipped with a lifting unit
Pallet loading via manual pallet truck
- Carton pickup via vacuum suction cups
- Hot-melt glue station (seals bottom flaps with hot-melt adhesive using four glue beads)
- ELAU C-400 control system
- Operation via MP 277 touch panel
- Output: 8 cartons per minute
