Overview
This palletizing robot manufactured in 2003, model Krones / Robot 3A, is designed for the automatic palletizing of beverage crates. The system is intended to stack complete layers of crates onto Euro pallets. The machine processes 1.0-liter PET crates in an 8-crate layer pattern and is suitable for crates with dimensions of 400 x 300 x 310 mm on Euro pallets measuring 1200 x 800 x 144 mm. In operation, the mechanical gripper head picks up entire layers of black beverage crates and places them onto pallets.
