Overview

This Krones block system, consisting of a rinser, filler, and capper, was manufactured in 2001 and features a volumetric filling system combined with a Variojet rinser and a screw capper. The machine is designed for returnable PET bottles (GDB PET-MW) in 1.0 l and 0.5 l formats. The system is equipped with 120 filling valves and 88 rinsing stations. The rinser operates with two rinsing channels, currently configured for ClO₂ and fresh water. The machine runs clockwise and achieves a production capacity of up to 32,000 bottles per hour (1.0 l). The machine will be available from October 2026 and will be replaced in parallel with the installation of the new system.
