Açıklama
The line was manufactured in 2010. Full modernization was carried out in 2020.
ZEMAN CZS LINE – SPECIFICATIONS
The fully automatic 'PURLIN' line, the flagship product from ZEMAN, is designed for the production of open, cold-formed profiles such as C-, Z-, and Sigma profiles in various widths and shapes. This is made possible by the fully automatic adjustment of the roll-forming dies. As raw material, coils up to 750 mm wide and sheet steel with a thickness from 1.25 mm to 3 mm (grade S-390 and below) can be processed. The machine is designed for manufacturing parts up to 15 meters in length. The width of the specially hardened roll-forming dies can be infinitely adjusted via dedicated software. A fully integrated punching unit creates all types of fastener holes. The entire process operates continuously, meaning the material does not stop for individual operations such as punching or cross-cutting. To ensure high production efficiency, the line speed is dynamically optimized. The machine brakes and accelerates automatically, without the need for operator intervention.
A decoiler with a maximum working load of 15 tonnes is mounted on a transport carriage and allows precise centering of the material strip before feeding into the straightening machine.
The straightening machine, together with a camber straightening system, ensures sheet straightness and reduces camber in the strip fed to the conveyor.
2. Punching Section
This section is fitted with five double 'flying' punching portals that can be equipped with 20 small (up to 40 mm) or 10 large (up to 100 mm) tools (punches and dies) for punching fastener holes. Combinations of these tools are also possible.
3. Pre-cut Shear
A 'flying' shear is used for pre-cutting the holes for the finishing shear. This process ensures material continuity and results in more precise profile shapes, especially at the beginning and end. It is an adaptive guillotine that adjusts the width of the hole to be cut to the width of the strip.
4. Guide Carriage/SIGMA Modules
The guide carriage centers the strip before it enters the roll-forming machine. It can be exchanged with the module for Sigma profile production. For S+ profiles, the guide carriage is removed and two Sigma modules are inserted. These modules position themselves fully automatically and independently on the left and right sides.

6. Rotary Cut-off Saw
The rotary cut-off saw fitted with hook blades separates the profile from the material strip. The holes generated by the pre-cut shear are utilized in this process. This is a 'flying' cut-off saw, so the strip does not stop during cutting. Depending on the profile required, a correspondingly aligned cutting cassette is used.
7. Receiving Table
The receiving table is used for the automatic discharge of finished profiles from the roller conveyor. The elements are then manually compiled into a bundle. The design allows for easy bundling of the package. The table is designed to handle profiles up to 15 meters in length and enables forklift or overhead crane access for picking up the package.
