Chip Processing System for the Recovery of Coolants, Oils, and Drying of Metal Chips

Steel chips are shredded and centrifuged. The separated coolant is processed and returned to the system.
The dried chips are collected in a customer-supplied chip trolley. Sedimented sludge is collected in a container and discharged into a customer-supplied sludge tank.

The centrifuge is suitable for integration into a continuously operating chip processing system and then operates without manual intervention. Maintenance costs—which are relatively high for other centrifuges—are lower for this horizontal centrifuge, as all components are easily accessible.
Maintenance does not require lifting or moving the centrifuge. All grates and wear parts are positioned at an ideal working height.
