The grinding and deburring machines SBM-L G1S2 have been developed for double-sided deburring and edge rounding of workpieces in a single pass. LISSMAC machines are used for deburring sheet metal and processing sheet metal parts, laser-cut parts, and stamped parts.

The L-series is equipped with three units each on the top and bottom. Processing of workpieces made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum or non-ferrous metals can take place on the top, bottom, or both sides as needed. Double-sided sheet metal processing and edge rounding in a single workflow enable time savings of up to 60%. In addition, seamless integration with automation solutions or incorporation into production lines is possible. The machine concept guarantees ergonomic operation and a pleasant working environment free from dust, dirt, and noise.
