A unique device for applying pretreatment fluid before textile printing. Thanks to its large application area (40x60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as the M2, M3, M4, but of course also for printers with smaller print areas such as the R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, and others.

One major advantage is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with four independent, adjustable nozzles (you can apply fluid to small areas, e.g. for left-chest logo prints). Full area spray time (40x60 cm): 4.5 seconds. Adjustable application length in 2 cm increments (2–60 cm). Large, easy-to-read LCD display. 5 programmable positions/settings for spray area and fluid volume. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a state-of-the-art device designed for professional application of pretreatment fluid on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system that delivers high performance and facilitates easier operation during textile pre-treatment. The intuitive color touchscreen allows for easy setting of spray length and width, as well as straightforward adjustment of application volume. The machine is equipped with four nozzles, each of which can be operated individually.

This provides precise control over the treatment area (suitable for fluids such as Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) and saves significant amounts of pretreatment fluid compared to manual application using a spray gun. The spray area length can be adjusted in 2 cm increments using the touchscreen. There are 10 programmable volume levels for dosing the pretreatment fluid.

The Pre-treat maker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (approx. 12 ml fluid consumption per hour), which keeps the nozzles clear and prevents drying or clogging.
