Unique machine for the application of pretreatment fluid before textile printing. Thanks to the large application area (40 x 60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers M2, M3, M4, but also compatible with printers with smaller print areas such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

An advantage is that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with 4 independently adjustable nozzles (you can apply solution to just a small area, e.g., for chest logo prints). Full area (40 x 60 cm) spray time is 4.5 seconds. Selectable application length in 2 cm increments (2 - 60 cm). Large, clear LCD display. 5 storable positions/settings for area and amount of spray. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a top-of-the-line device designed for professional application of pretreatment fluid on textiles. It offers an advanced electronic control system for high performance and easier operation during textile pre-treatment. The easy-to-use color touchscreen allows straightforward adjustment of both the length and width of the spray area and simple setting of the spray volume. The unit is equipped with four nozzles, each of which can be controlled individually.

This allows precise adjustment of the area for the application of the pretreatment solution (such as Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother...), and saves a significant amount of fluid compared to manual application with a pressure/air gun. The spray area length can be set in 2 cm increments via the touchscreen. There are 10 available settings for the application amount.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated spray nozzle cleaning process (consumption approx. 12 ml per hour), keeping the nozzles clear and preventing drying or clogging.
