The SUNCOMBE SteriWasher is an innovative, new, robust, high-performance, validatable parts washer designed for use in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, beverage, healthcare, and other critical sectors. The wash chamber is accessed via a robust swing door and is constructed from 316 stainless steel, ensuring a hygienic build.

Utilizing a combination of specially developed spray technologies with variable power settings, the washer provides a vigorous wash together with energy-efficient rinsing, easily selected through simple recipe selection.

Description
SteriWasher™ parts washers leverage both existing and new technologies to provide an environmentally friendly washing solution with low water and energy consumption in production and research settings, suitable for equipment ranging from delicate small parts and tools to large mixers, drums, and containers.

The range is available with various chamber sizes, from 0.6 m x 0.6 m x 0.6 m up to the largest size of 1.5 m x 1.5 m x 1.5 m. Customized variants can be supplied in any chamber size to match your requirements.

Washers are equipped with gap-free internals and feature an airtight, leak-proof inflatable door seal for the entire unit and the wash vessel. The washers are fitted with standard or customized racks with dedicated positions for validated cleaning; these racks are removable and can be loaded onto mobile carts for loading and unloading. Units are available in single- or double-door configurations to meet pass-through requirements. Washers come in single-door, inline double-door, or 90-degree double-door pass-through versions and are made from 316 stainless steel according to cGMP, EHEDG, ASME BPE, and GAMP standards for your washing area or cleanrooms.
