The PIT STOP DG LINE 8000 creasing and perforating machine series builds upon the previous model, version 6500. It is equipped with a user-friendly 7-inch color touchscreen and achieves speeds of up to 8,000 sheets per hour (A4 with 1 crease). It is primarily intended for small to medium-scale jobs. The machine excels with its high precision and a wide range of creasing tool adjustments, including the use of tearing perforation tools. The maximum sheet size is up to 50 × 70 cm, which can be extended to a length of 85 cm with optional accessories. Furthermore, the equipment can be fitted with an online folding unit capable of folding up to paper weights of 450 gsm.
