This is an automatic unloading and stacking unit designed to operate in conjunction with high-performance POLAR Mohr paper guillotines. The unit automatically collects cut paper layers from the guillotine’s unloading table and stacks them onto a pallet. This reduces manual handling, shortens downtime, and ensures smoother operation of the cutting line.

Operating principle:

After the cutting cycle is complete, a layer of sheets is transferred into the device’s working area. The handling mechanism picks up the layer, transfers it, and precisely places it on the pallet. The system includes a movable pallet tipper that helps maintain even stack alignment.
