The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an "upcut" machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (to a certain extent also solid materials). The machine distinguishes itself through its easy handling, quick and convenient material changes, and simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK-600 A features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range twice 70°). Saw blade feed is automatic via pushbutton, and material clamping is accomplished by two pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. The machine is supplied as standard with a minimum-quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for machine cleaning! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided on this machine. Furthermore, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety cover!

Our NC pusher system ensures that your workpieces are positioned at the desired machining point on our UK 600 HA 90° model. A gripper clamp holds the material, and the NC control positions it automatically. The clamping and sawing are then triggered. The positions are pre-programmed in the unit’s control system. Once the machine completes the machining process, it automatically moves to the next sawing position. Depending on the workpiece, multiple pieces can be clamped and positioned side-by-side or stacked for simultaneous processing.
