The industrial, dual-station W2-C tipping device for meat carts is an indispensable element in automating internal material handling in medium and large food processing plants. This solution doubles the efficiency of the loading station, enabling smooth and continuous raw material dosing – while one cart is being emptied, the other can be prepared for lifting, or the machine can mix two different batches of raw material directly at the discharge point.

The tipping process is performed in a safe and controlled manner. The rotation angle of the gripping cradle is designed to ensure complete, 100% emptying of the cart, even with dense, viscous, or heavily chilled stuffing and meat mixtures.
