PRODUCT FEATURES

The Maggi MS704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine developed for fast batch production of non-standard furniture. The MS 704 is a compact machine designed for complete production processes — from cabinet drilling to fitting flap fronts and system drawers of any brand.

This drilling machine enables comprehensive drilling operations in any technology: confirmats, dowels, connectors, mounting holes for guides, supports, hinge cups, and assembly holes for runners and actuators.

The working table width, without removing the side fences, is 740mm, allowing the machine to handle components with non-standard depths. The machine is equipped with a patented 1500mm reference frame that is independent of the standard 32mm system, allowing convenient processing of workpieces up to 3000mm in length.

A new concept for furniture component drilling enables fast material processing without retooling the machine. The reference frame is a permanent part of the device.

Unlike conventional drills, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the spindle head, not parallel to it.

The MS 704 is additionally equipped with adjustable pressure bar height, enabling processing of materials up to 200mm thick. The clamps are powered by independent circuits and fitted with valves for safe operation, allowing one clamp to be disengaged for smaller workpieces.

The MS 704 comes standard with a drill bit magazine and a complete set of spacers for positioning elements parallel to the spindle head axis.
