PRODUCT FEATURES
The Maggi MS704 is a multi-spindle boring machine designed for rapid production of custom furniture.
The MS 704 is a compact solution for managing the entire process: from drilling cabinet carcasses to fitting flip-front panels and system drawers of any brand.
This machine allows comprehensive drilling of all necessary holes in any furniture construction technique: confirmat, dowels, joints, shelf supports, hinge cup holes, drawer and actuator mounting holes.
With a working table width of 740mm (without removing the side stops), the machine easily handles components of above-standard depths. It features a patented 1500mm fence frame, which allows free processing of materials up to 3000mm long, independent of the 32mm system.
A new approach to furniture component drilling enables fast machining without the need for retooling. The fence frame is a fixed element of the unit.
Unlike conventional boring machines, the main operating axis is perpendicular to the spindle head, not parallel.
Additionally, the MS 704 offers adjustable height of the pressure beam, permitting work on materials up to 200mm thick.
The clamps are powered by independent circuits and equipped with valves for safe operation, allowing deactivation of one clamp when processing smaller parts.
Standard equipment includes a drill bit storage rack and complete spacer set for positioning elements along the axis parallel to the spindle head.
