The barrier arm is bolted into the pivot joint and, when not in use, stands vertically beside the opening. Accidentally folding down is prevented in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV). In the event of use, the lock is released, the spill barrier is lowered and secured into the clamping device. The contact pressure of the clamping lever is adjustable, ensuring a reliable seal. The barrier arm is manually lowered in the base version; automation can be retrofitted. Barrier arms and fixtures are preferably powder-coated in RAL 3020 (traffic red).
