Kalıp değiştirmek suretiyle her çeşit parke taşları, bordür taşları, briket ve çim taşları gibi prefabrik beton elemanlarını seri bir şekilde üretir. Makinede 20 cm’lik briketten bir baskıda 10 adet,kilit parke taşından da bir baskıda 25 adet üretilebilir.Makine istenirse izolasyonlu brikette üretebilmektedir. Makinemiz ZİM MÜHENDİSLİK mühendisleri tarafından geliştirilen özel donanımlar sayesinde çok kısa bir çevrim süresine sahiptir.Yeni eklenen donanımları sayesinde örneğin kalıp değiştirmek artık çok kolay hale geldi. Giodpfx Aajifz Ahogst ZİM MÜHENDİSLİK uzun yıllardır argesini gerçeklerştirdiği otomasyon proğramı ve operatör paneli ile kullanıcı dostu haline gelmiştir. Özel olarak tasarlanan vibrasyon masamız ile daha düşük enerjilerle daha kaliteli ürünler üretmekteyiz. Makinemizde dış kalıp bağlantılarında pnömatik körük silindir kullanılmaktadır.Bu sayede kalıpta daha düzgün bir titreşim yayılımı elde edilir. Makinemizin güçlü şasesi ve ergonomik tasarımı saysesinde hertürlü ürün üretimi ve bakım işlemleri kolaylaştırıldı.

Üretim yılı: 2022, Koşul: yeni, ZIM A 3600 model makinemiz 800-3600 mm arası çaplarda 2000mm’den 3500 mm uzunluğuna kadar beton boru,kare menfez vb ürünlerin üretimini yapabilmektedir. Makinemiz de harç stok ve harç doldurma işlemi bunkerli harç taşıma bandı ile sağlanmaktadır. Makinede üretilen ürünler vinç yardımıyla kuruma sahasına taşınmaktadır. Makinemiz sac paletler üzerine üretim yapmaktadır. Üretilen ürünler dış kalıp ile birlikte kuruma sahasına taşınmaktadır. Ürün bırakıldıktan sonra dış kalıp tekrar yeni üretim için makineye taşınmaktadır. Gsdpfx Ajibbigoagsit Makinemiz hidrolik baskı ve vibrasyon sistemiyle üretim yapmaktadır. Makinemizin Vibrasyon sistemi ZİM MÜHENDİSLİK mühendisleri tarafından özel olarak tasarlanmıştır. Vibrasyon sistemimiz özel güvenlik donanımlı hidrolik yağlama ve soğutma sistemi ile sorunsuz,güvenli bir şekilde çalışmaktadır. Güçlendirilmiş şasesi sayesinde uzun yıllar sorunsuz bir şekilde üretim yapabilen makinelerimizin vibrasyon tablası CNC tezgahlarda yüksek hassasiyet ile işlenmektedir.
