1 universal milling unit SK40
With integrated A-axis swivel 190° (+/- 95°), along the X-axis for lock/hinge processing on both sides along the longitudinal door edge directly with the unit.
Milling spindle, water-cooled, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, stepless speed control from 1,000 to 17,100 rpm, SK40 tool holder for automatic tool change.

1 chain-type tool magazine with 24 slots, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, for sorted placement up to max. Ø 160 mm, located at the output position of the unit. Tool total length max. 200 mm from spindle mount.
Milling spindle and 2 x magazine slots equipped for the use of angle/touch probes with torque support.

Machine table with width adjustment via program, and with width measurement for edge finish machining to ensure constant routing depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically liftable and lowerable.
1 longitudinal stop with pneumatic lift, mounted travelling on the unit, for positioning to door length and thickness.
4 pneumatic side stops, swing-in type, for doors with veneer/face panel overhang up to max. 15 mm, with selectable height adjustment for changing stop heights for finished doors (single/double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each with 5 vacuum cups, 130 / 200 x 70 mm, with touch valve and blow-off device. Per line, 3 vacuum cups lowerable according to the processed door height.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter buffer tank, for rapid vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing control cabinet with climate unit.
Occupational safety: bumpers on both sides of the gantry, side protective fencing.
