The Manroland Roland 504-L is a powerful four-color sheetfed offset printing press. Manufactured in 2003, it is currently operating in a print shop in Germany. With a maximum sheet size of 520 x 740 mm and a total impression count of 170 million, this press is designed for demanding production environments with high throughput requirements.

The Roland 504-L is equipped with a coating unit for additional flexibility and features semi-automatic plate changing (PPL) to enable fast job turnaround. Automatic format adjustment and nonstop feeder and delivery devices ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime. The press is also fitted with automatic washing systems for ink rollers, blankets, and impression cylinders, simplifying maintenance and boosting productivity.

Advanced features such as the inking unit temperature control (Tempcontrol NT3), powder sprayer (Hitronic-S Grafix), and dampening solution cooling (Technotrans) ensure consistent print quality and optimum operating conditions. The integrated Grafix IR dryer further increases drying efficiency, making this press a comprehensive solution for high-quality, high-speed printing.
