Mixing drum
- Horizontal cylindrical mixing drum
- End plates bolted to the drum

Mixing Tools
- Mixing tools designed as ploughshares or inclined paddles, mounted on shovel arms and bolted in pockets

Shaft Bearing
- Shaft mounted in flange bearing housings with roller bearings, located outside the mixer

Sealing
- Shaft sealed by easily replaceable gland packings, with air purge

Feeding
- 2 inlets with flange, as per specification sheet

Ventilation
- 1 vent connection with flange, as per specification sheet
includes filter bag, bracket, and welded protective grid

Discharge
- Discharge via pneumatically operated, dead-space-free closing flap
- 1 discharge outlet with flange, as per specification sheet

Liquid Dosing Option

Inspection and Cleaning
- 1 inspection flap at the front of the drum (1700 x 550 mm)
- Flap secured by quick-release fastener
- Occupational health and safety ensured by safety interlock magnet and limit switch (not wired)
