The Townsend SK 15-320 derinding machine is a conveyor-type derinder designed for the removal of pork skins from products such as bellies, jowls, back fat, slices, and other pork by-products. This versatile machine can also be used for flat, heavy-duty beef applications where a substantial amount of fat removal is required.
