For sale: Coil Coating Line. The system comes from an insolvency estate and was in successful operation until it was decommissioned.

Technical Data & Capacities:

• Material: Suitable for aluminium and stainless steel coils.
• Strip width: from 80 mm up to max. 600 mm.
• Material thickness: 0.1 mm to 2.0 mm (for aluminium).
• Speed: approx. 20–25 m/min.
• Coil weight: max. 3,000 kg.
• Inner diameter: 400 mm (expandable to 500 mm using available adapter jaws).
• Coating options: From narrow colour stripes (from 7 mm) to full-surface coating.
• Temperature range: Oven operation at approx. 250°C.

System Layout & Components:
• Entry: Expandable decoiler with height-adjustable coil transport cart (load capacity 3,000 N).
• Coating unit: Double coater for precise colour application using steel roller deflection.
• Drying: Drying and burner zone with two Eclipse gas burners and control panel.
• Safety & Environment: FID sensor for continuous monitoring of solvent concentration in the oven including control unit.
• Cooling: Cooling zone with fresh air supply before leaving the oven.
• Post-processing: Integrated slitting device for longitudinal cutting of the strip (including slitting knives and spacer rings).
• Exit: Hydraulic strip guide, plate brake, and transfer arms at the recoiler.

Scope of Delivery:
• Complete system as described.
• Accessories (spacer rings, slitting knives, adapter jaws).

Inspection & Handling:
• Condition: Used, fully operational until last decommissioning.
• Location: Wuppertal.
• Dismantling/Transport: Dismantling and removal are the responsibility and at the expense of the buyer.
• Invoice: You will receive a proper invoice with displayed VAT.
