The MDK 4000 is a high-performance industrial washing and crushing machine that ensures gentle yet effective cleaning for fruits and vegetables. The combination of soft washing brushes and an air injection system enables thorough cleaning without damaging the raw material. An integrated conveyor belt transports the product through a fresh water rinse to the crusher unit, where pulp of the desired consistency can be produced. The equipment is an ideal choice for juice, purée, and processing plants.
