The MM large-capacity dispensers are specially optimized for the application of structural MMA adhesives from EBS, LLC, with a robust, durable, and maintenance-friendly design that ensures long-term, trouble-free, and consistent adhesive dispensing. With corresponding modifications, the machine is suitable for dosing all 2-component adhesives such as polyurethanes, epoxies, methyl methacrylates, and others.

BASIC FUNCTION OVERVIEW:
A pneumatic drive motor, operated by pure compressed air, drives the adhesive and activator gear pumps (= metering pumps) via a chain drive system. These metering pumps are continuously supplied by adhesive and activator transfer pumps, which are also pneumatically operated. In this way, components A and B are kept separate, but are delivered in the preset ratio through a set of hoses to a dispensing gun, where both components are mixed together at the gun outlet by a static mixing nozzle. As a result, the entire metering system requires little or no cleaning. The flow rate, which controls the application speed, can be adjusted by the speed of the pneumatic drive motor.
